That could be due to the Pushpay/CCB HTML character limit of 65,000 characters. Any additional items are stripped.
Sometimes, the HTML of your text + graphics will be under the limit. However, when Pushpay formats the content, the content goes over the limit.
On our part...We are doing some tweaks try to make it clear when your HTML is over the limit.
On their part...You can reach out to Pushpay support to see if they will increase the limit.
