When you first set up your ChurchBee extension, we ask you to enter your churchâs unique Pushpay/CCB domain. This is usually something like:
CopyEdityourchurch.ccbchurch.com
This domain is how ChurchBee knows which Pushpay/CCB dashboard you're connected to. It helps us optimize features like email templates, direct insertions, and more.
For example:
If you signed up using
test.ccbchurch.comBut youâre currently logged into a different account like
test2.ccbchurch.com
âĄď¸ Youâll see the "Wrong Account" error.
â ď¸ Why It Matters
ChurchBee connects directly to your Pushpay/CCB account using this domain to:
Insert email templates
Access data for syncing
Enable personalized features
If youâre logged into a mismatched Pushpay/CCB account, some ChurchBee features may not work correctly or at all.
â How to Fix It
To resolve this:
Log out of either your ChurchBee or Pushpay/CCB account.
Make sure both accounts are using the same domain (e.g.,
yourchurch.ccbchurch.com).Log back in to ChurchBee and Pushpay/CCB using the correct matching accounts.
Once both are aligned, all features should work smoothly again.
