Here are a few of the main features of column management. But, just before we do, let's understand something important about columns overall.
The maximum size of a row is 12. The minimum width of a column is 1.
You cannot specify a column width in pixels, only in column numbers.
So, you can have any combination of column widths as long as it equals a total width of 12. For example:
one column with a width of 12
two columns with widths of 8 and 4
nine columns with widths of 2,1,2,1,2,1,1,1,1
When you click on the ROWS tab, you are presented with the following menu of column choices:
However, you can further modify these options. This article will cover how to:

Resize (or adjust) column widths
Let's begin with two columns, widths 8 and 4.
We would like to keep two columns but just resize them slightly.
To adjust column widths:
(1) Click your row so that the row properties display in your sidebar.
(2) Scroll down to Columns Structure.
(3) Click on the space between the two columns and drag it left or right to adjust your column width.
Add columns
Let's begin with two columns, widths 8 and 4.
We would like to add some columns.
To add columns:
(1) Click your row so that the row properties display in your sidebar.
(2) Scroll down to Columns Structure.
(3) Click on Add new.
(4) A new column of width 1 will appear on the right-hand side. To keep the total of 12, the column of width 4 was reduced to 3.
(5) Continue to add columns as desired.
NOTE: Remember that you can resize the widths of your added columns, as long as the total width is 12.
Summary of Column Addition Rules
The new column of width 1 is always added on the right-hand side + to make space.
The column to the left (which was the last column) is reduced by 1.
If the column to the left is already at the minimum width (1), then ChurchBee will automatically resize other columns to find the optimum solution.
When the total column widths add up to 12, the Add new will be hidden.
Delete columns
Let's begin with 12 columns, widths 1.
We would like to delete some columns.
To delete columns:
(1) Click your row so that the row properties display in your sidebar.
(2) Scroll down to Columns Structure.
(3) Highlight the column you wish to delete.
(4) Click on the red Delete.
(5) Continue to delete columns as desired.
Summary of Column Deletion Rules
(1) When you delete a column, the width of the column to the left of the deleted column is increased by the width of the deleted column.
(2) The delete option will disappear if there is only one column.
NOTE: You can restore a deleted column by using Undo.
Customize the spacing and look of columns

Note: The rounding applies to all the columns in the same way. You cannot round each column individually.
